Description and Process 

The Tartufino Toscano is an elegant cow’s milk cheese emboldened by the flavors of black and white truffles. It is a product of the historic Palagiaccio dairy farm. 

Milk pasteurization and cooling effects up to 35-40°C / 95-104°F lactic ferments, rennet, black pepper corns, coagulation, cutting manually coagulated curds, manual transfer of the dough into the molds dry manual salting, dried and semi aged.


Pasteurized cow milk, milk enzymes, rennet, salt.




Prosciutto Toscano and Chianti are two of the best food and wine combinations that we recommend accompany this cheese. 

Why we chose this product 

We chose this product becasuse of the way the taste of the truffle enlivens the cheese as a whole. It is truly a unique Tuscan taste.
