The Farro Monococco (Triticum Monococcum) is the oldest type of wheat known to mankind and contains several nutritional properties. As a staple of the Mediterranean diet, it contains low levels of gluten and three to four more times vitamin B2, beta-carotene, and lutein than regular wheat. It is a true super food; delicious in taste and rich in vitamins and antioxidants. 


Farro is a perfect to any salad or soup, or can be served alone once boiled with the simple addition of salt, black pepper, and olive oil
