Why we choose it

We arrive at Altamura after three hours in the late morning and about meeting the producer Bisco has made me hungry. Bisco had known during an 'educational must Piatramontecorvino and their products we liked them. Then the location of production is a business card prestigious Altamura founded his fame by his wisdom to know how to make bread from Puglia DOP and baked goods.
It was almost noon, and we warned Louis and Joseph who were coming there announced that it has prepared something to eat and that he could now put it in the oven. Just arrived we walked in and the smell of bread was intoxicating. The table set with cakes and bread seasoned with extra virgin olive oil has won our palates. But the real tradition we saw in the lab where I formed I prepare sweets and bread. It was great to observe fast hands to knead and to the forms of bread.
