Egg Tagliatelle is a pasta product typical of Italy and has a proud tradition. La Fraiola is a pasta maker in a small town in the region of Abruzzo and uses a traditional, mono-processing techniques. This process gives the pasta a distinct consistency and robustness and keeps it from becoming sticky. It has a soft and extremely resistant texture. This Tagliatelle are infused with the elegant taste of saffron.

La Fraiola Egg Tagliatelle is served best accompanied with vegetable or meat sauces. But for the best taste of the pasta, it is best served with extra virgin olive oil, butter and sage, or with a sprinkling of seasoned cheese.
